#8. Being OK with change

When we decide that we want something to change then we tend to want it to be different NOW! That is rarely possible, and so when we have tried to change how things are for ourselves or people around us and we see nothing changing we can give up and feel frustrated, sad, angry, cross...and so many more emotions too!

This film explains how change often happens without us seeing anything different for quite a while. We want to share hope with you all - hope that the small things that we do can in fact make massive differences that we might not see for weeks, months or even years. But the ideas we have shared so make a huge difference over time; we have both seen it for ourselves which is why we believe it and wanted to share with you all.
